Guide to Registration for KingstOOn 2016

Welcome to our…

STEP 1: GO To A Screening!

Attending the screenings are not only your way to show support for our local and regional animators and the hard work that the international animators have put in – BUT – it is also a good way to get the low down on some of the activities that KingstOOn has yet to announce, because **shhhhhh** … they’re secrets…

There are FOUR major screenings happening THIS WEEKEND!

Screening 1 (and 1B): Hosted at CARIMAC on Saturday, March 5 from 10 am – 12:30 pm and 1 pm – 2 pm. The feature film in this one is the epic – Battledream Chronicle. This feature propels us into a future where things aren’t always as they seem. Register for Screening 1 >> HERE; Register to see Screening 1B >> HERE

Screening 2 (and 2B): Hosted at CPTCon Saturday, March 5 from 1 pm – 3 pm and 3 pm – 3:30 pm. The feature film being showcased at this screening is the deeply engaging – Tales of Africa. Register for Screening 2 >> HERE; Register to see Screening 2B >> HERE

STEP 2: PICK Out Your Sessions!

KingstOOn is organized under three distinct themes of LEARN, EARN and DISPLAY, and so has multiple sessions happening simultaneously throughout the day. This means that you will have to choose the sessions you register for carefully to ensure you catch all of the information you are hoping to receive.

So – here’s the schedule – download it, take a careful look at it and then move to registration! KingstOOn Conference Schedule

STEP 3: REGISTER For A Session!

Once you have your sessions picked – head over to the KingstOOn Schedule page at Once there, identify the session you would like to attend and click on the session’s name and then click “Register now on Eventbrite”. Select the session and ensure to choose the number of tickets you would like to reserve for.

The Eventbrite tickets are linked to the sessions in your conference schedule. Blue sessions are General Ticket sessions unless otherwise indicated. This means that you are registered for every blue session for that day once you register with a general ticket. Workshops, seminars, and master classes all have individual registrations and you must register for each of those individually.

A cautionary note: bulk orders of tickets are review and verified, so please refrain from ordering more than two (2) tickets unless it is necessary.

PS: If a session is sold out, keep checking back – you never know when it may open up again!

Now that you’re fully registered, ensure you are at the event and in the relevant places on time!

We will hold your registration as long as possible, but be advised that where we have people on a waiting list, your registration could be given to one of those individuals if you are not in place at the appointed time.
